Just have a quick read below before you contact us as we may have already answered your question;
Q. “I’m trying to book a certain day that I can't see listed on you're booking page?”
A. If the day is not highlighted in green then it is probably sold out and unavailable.
Q. “I have a booking but am unable to attend, am I able to change?”
A. We can't always guarantee that the date you would like to change to will be available but we will do our best to work with you so you don't miss out.
Q. “I have multiple vouchers that I've purchased, do I need to book them all separately?”
A. No if you have selected more than one person to attend with vouchers you will then be prompted to input the voucher codes one by one until all have been redeemed.
Q. “I have a child under 13 years of age that would like to attend?”
A. No I'm sorry but due to insurance and the adult content of our stories we must stick to our rule of attendees 13 or over and anybody under 18 still must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
